The SAPVIA Solar PV Green Card Installers Assessment
The official examination for certification as a PV GreenCard installer, accredited by SAPVIA. This assessment is more than just a test; it’s a hands-on evaluation of both your theoretical knowledge and practical skills. We’re here to guide you through the process, conducting the PV GreenCard Assessment on behalf of SAPVIA.
During the two-day assessment, we’ll be delving into both theory and practice. The practical component involves mounting PV installations on a simulated roof, providing a real-world scenario to showcase your skills.
Why are we putting you through this? It’s not about making things complicated; it’s about ensuring excellence. This assessment serves as your gateway to the esteemed PV GreenCard quality program – a significant milestone in the realm of PV installations. We’ve designed it to be thorough, offering a genuine and comprehensive evaluation of your capabilities. No redundancy, just a focused examination of what you bring to the field.
How to get a PV GreenCard
First of all, it is not the installer who gets the GreenCard, but the installation. The installer can get the qualification to issue a PV GreenCard. For that, he / she has to participate in an additional two day Assessment to prove his / her installation skills and to become an officially certified PV GreenCard installer. Once that happens, the installer can start issuing PV GreenCards.
