PV GreenCard Solar Technician Courses

PV GreenCard Courses

5-Day PV GreenCard Training & Assessment

Over 5 days, attendees will be introduced to the fundamentals of solar energy—such as irradiation, annual yield, and shading effects—and key PV system components including panels, inverters, batteries, and mounting structures. Days 1 to 3 focus on theory and hands-on training, covering system design, integration, planning, and practical installation using a small-scale setup. Day 4 includes a formal written knowledge assessment to evaluate understanding of theoretical concepts, installation standards, and safety practices. Day 5 concludes with a practical assessment where attendees demonstrate their ability to install, test, commission, document, and evaluate a solar PV system.
